What Nett Does

Nett is a financial visibility tool for SaaS founders. We show you numbers — your Safe-to-Spend, runway, burn rate, and revenue breakdown — based on data you provide and data from your connected Stripe account. We are not financial advisors.

Nett provides financial calculations for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. Consult a licensed professional for advice specific to your situation.

Your Account

One account per person. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, email us at hello@nett.fyi immediately.

Billing

Nett offers a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. After your trial, it's $29/month or $228/year. You can cancel anytime from your Settings page.

Your Data

When you connect Stripe, we access your account via OAuth with read-only permissions. We see subscription amounts, customer counts, and charge data — nothing else. We cannot create charges, issue refunds, or access payment methods.

Your bank balance is entered manually by you. We do not connect to your bank.

We store your data as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period, then becomes read-only. You can delete your account at any time from Settings or from the upgrade prompt. Account deletion removes your financial data and organization. We retain a record of your email address to prevent trial abuse — this contains no financial data and cannot be used to contact you.

Not Financial Advice

Nett is not a financial advisor, accountant, or tax professional. All numbers, including the Safe-to-Spend figure, tax reserve, and runway estimate, are calculations based on data you provide and data we read from Stripe. They are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. Consult a licensed professional for advice specific to your situation.

Liability

We do our best to show accurate numbers, but we make no guarantees. Don't make critical financial decisions based solely on what Nett tells you. Always verify with your own records and professionals.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime. We don't pro-rate, but you keep access until the end of your current billing period. No tricks, no retention flows.

Changes

If we update these terms, we'll update this page. The date at the top tells you when it was last changed.
